Returns

We want you to love your purchase. There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us. We offer 14 day returns on all full priced purchases within Australia. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return. 

Original postage costs will not be reimbursed, nor will return postage costs, unless the item(s) are faulty or not as ordered.

At Revive Daily we want you to love the items you purchase. If you have changed your mind on a purchase we will provide a gift card or refund your payment (full price items only). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. You will need to provide the receipt or order number via email.

If you are unable to comply with these requirements, Revive Daily reserves the right to refuse a refund on change of mind items. 

Contact hello@revivedaily.com.au detailing your return request, name and order number. You will be provided direction on how and where to return your order. 

The refund or store credit will be dispatched/emailed within 1-2 business days of receiving your return to our warehouse.

Faulty
Please notify us as soon as possible if the item is faulty so we can organise a replacement, refund, or store credit for you. 

Shipping - Australia Only

  • Tracking available on all orders.
  • Standard shipping is sent via Sendle or Australia Post.   
  • Authority to leave on all orders if there is a safe place to leave.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

    Timeframes:

    • Allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed and dispatched.
    • Standard shipping:
      • Metro: Allow 3-8 business days for your order to arrive from dispatch date.
      • Rural and Regional: Allow 4-10 business days for your order to arrive from dispatch date.

    Local Pickup:

    • All orders available to pick up from My Family Podiatry 4/2 Dawn Road, Albany Creek QLD 4035.
    • You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection.
    • Please bring your order confirmation (email screenshot accepted) and identification to claim your order.
    • Allow 1-3 business days for your order to be ready.

    All delivery times are approximate. At times deliveries can take longer than expected due to COVID, weather disruptions and unforeseen circumstances.  

    Disclaimer: We are not liable for items lost in transit. However, we will do our best to recover your package.
